Test data
Seeds 3 sign-in test accounts (App Counselor, Contact Counselor, Student) and 3 fully populated [TEST] students with drastically different profiles: contracts signed 24, 12, and 6 months before the ED deadline. Each student has a complete profile, a committed master plan, weekly check-ins, a research project, and 3-5 extracurricular activities with full STAR details, approvals, and progress updates. Every document is prefixed [TEST] and carries an isTestData marker. All 3 accounts use the password 123456. Remove deletes only marked documents; real data is never touched.
